Open letters are visible to other users. Private letters are available to the intended participants as needed to deliver the service.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal or security reasons. After account deletion we delete or anonymize data in a reasonable time; backups may retain copies briefly. We use reasonable safeguards (such as HTTPS and access controls). No system is perfectly secure.
You can delete your account in the app (Me → Settings → Delete Account). Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by emailing stellarpost@163.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
The app is intended for a general audience. If you are a minor, use the app with a parent or guardian’s guidance. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for marketing.
Data may be processed on servers operated by our cloud providers. If data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it.
We may update this Policy and post the new version here or note it in the app. Continued use after changes means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
Depending on final shipping features, labels may involve user content (letters), purchases, identifiers, and diagnostics. Fill App Store Connect based on what you actually ship.
